Terms of Service

Last updated on 3 November 2026. These Terms apply from that date.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Runvexity website at runvexity.com (the “Website”), the request access form and the Runvexity customer panel (the “Customer Panel”). They are the terms and conditions for services provided by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Runvexity is provided by Deepsolver sp. z o.o., ul. Kowalska 5/203, 20-115 Lublin, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Lublin-Wschód in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000841313, tax identification number (NIP) 525-28-22-945, share capital PLN 97,200.00 (“Deepsolver”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@runvexity.com.

Our managed AI endpoint service, including GPU infrastructure, model deployment, operation and support, is provided only under a separate written agreement with each customer (the “Customer Agreement”), which sets out its scope, fees, service levels and data processing terms. These Terms do not oblige us to provide that service. If these Terms and a Customer Agreement differ, the Customer Agreement prevails.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: a company or other organisation that has concluded a Customer Agreement with us.
  • User: a person who uses the Website, the request access form or the Customer Panel; in the Customer Panel, a person to whom a Customer has given access.
  • Customer Content: the prompts, completions, files, model weights and other data that a Customer or its Users send to or store in the Customer’s endpoints.
  • Services: the electronic services described in these Terms: the Website, the request access form and the Customer Panel.

3. Who may use the Services

The Services are intended for businesses. You may use them only for purposes related to your business or profession, or on behalf of an organisation that has authorised you to do so. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

If you are a natural person running a business and an agreement with us is not of a professional nature for you, the mandatory provisions of Polish law that protect such persons apply to you, and these Terms do not limit them.

4. Technical requirements and risks

To use the Services you need a device with an internet connection, a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript enabled, and an e-mail address. The Customer Panel also needs cookies to be enabled (see the Privacy and Cookie Policy).

Using services over the internet carries risks such as malware, phishing and attempts to take over accounts. Keep your software up to date and be careful with links and attachments. We never ask for your password or API keys by e-mail, chat or phone.

5. The Website

The Website is free to use. Its information, including GPU configurations, locations, stock indications and performance figures, describes our offer in general terms. It is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to enter into negotiations. In particular:

  • GPU stock shows what the infrastructure provider reported at the time shown next to it. It is not a reservation or a commitment that capacity will be available for your deployment;
  • performance figures were measured under the conditions described with them. Results for your workload depend on the model, its settings and your traffic;
  • prices and the configuration of your deployment are agreed individually in the Customer Agreement.

6. The request access form

The request access form lets you tell us about your model or use case and ask for an offer. It is free. The agreement for this service is concluded when you start filling in the form and ends when you send it or leave the form. Provide accurate information and do not include confidential information or other people’s personal data. Sending the form does not oblige either side to conclude a Customer Agreement, and we may decide not to make an offer.

7. The Customer Panel

The Customer Panel lets Customers and their Users manage their Runvexity service, for example view their endpoints and their status, create and revoke API keys, see usage and contact support. It is available only to Customers and to the Users they authorise. Access is part of the service under the Customer Agreement and has no separate fee.

The agreement for the Customer Panel is concluded when you activate your account and is concluded for an indefinite period. It ends when the account is closed or when the Customer Agreement ends, subject to any transition period set out in the Customer Agreement.

You must:

  • keep your sign-in details and API keys confidential and not share your account with anyone;
  • use a second sign-in factor when the Customer Panel offers one;
  • tell us at once at support@runvexity.com if you suspect that your account or an API key has been compromised.

The Customer is responsible for the actions of its Users and for all use of its API keys. For security reasons we may ask you to sign in again or to change your sign-in details, and we may revoke an API key.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services or our infrastructure to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • store, process or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content you have no right to use;
  • create or spread malware, send spam, or carry out fraud or phishing;
  • engage in AI practices prohibited by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act);
  • break the licence or usage policy of a model you run, or applicable sanctions and export control laws;
  • probe, scan, attack or overload the Website, the Customer Panel, endpoints or other systems, or get around their security measures or limits;
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Customer Panel, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • give anyone outside the Customer access to the Services, unless the Customer Agreement allows it.

The Customer is responsible for having the rights to the models and data it uses with Runvexity and for making sure that its use of them is lawful.

9. Customer Content

Customers keep all rights to their Customer Content and models. We process Customer Content only to provide the service under the Customer Agreement and its data processing terms. By default endpoints do not store prompts or completions, request logging is off unless the Customer turns it on, and we do not use Customer Content to train models.

10. Availability and changes to the Services

We work to keep the Website and the Customer Panel available, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We may interrupt them for maintenance, security or updates; we try to schedule planned work at times of low use and to announce longer interruptions of the Customer Panel in advance. We may change and develop their features. Service levels for the endpoint service, if any, are set out only in the Customer Agreement.

11. Intellectual property

The Website, the Customer Panel, their content and design, and the Runvexity name and logo belong to Deepsolver or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the Services as described here. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Liability

We provide the Website and the request access form free of charge and as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on the Website, from interruptions in the availability of the Services, or from unauthorised use of an account or API key caused by a breach of the obligations in section 7, and we are not liable for lost profits. This does not limit our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability for the endpoint service and the Customer Panel under a Customer Agreement is governed by that agreement.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Website and the request access form at any time. To close a Customer Panel account, ask the Customer’s administrator or write to support@runvexity.com.

We may suspend access to the Customer Panel or to an endpoint without notice when this is necessary to stop a security threat or a serious breach of these Terms or of the Customer Agreement, or when a court or authority requires it. We tell the Customer the reasons, unless the law prevents it, and restore access once the cause is removed.

We may terminate the agreement for a Customer Panel account for an important reason with 14 days’ notice given by e-mail, or immediately if a User seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms. Important reasons are a change in the law that prevents us from providing the Customer Panel in its current form, the withdrawal of the Customer Panel as a service, and a breach of these Terms that was not remedied after our request.

14. Complaints

You can send a complaint about the Services to support@runvexity.com. Please describe the problem and when it happened, and give the e-mail address of your account if you have one. We answer by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Complaints about the endpoint service are handled under the Customer Agreement.

15. Reporting illegal content and points of contact

Our single point of contact for Users, for the authorities of EU Member States, for the European Commission and for the European Board for Digital Services under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) is support@runvexity.com. You can write to us in English or Polish.

If you believe that content we store or process is illegal, send a notice to that address with an explanation of why you consider it illegal, a clear indication of where it is (for example a URL or an endpoint address), your name and e-mail address (not required if the notice concerns child sexual abuse offences), and a statement that you believe in good faith that the notice is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, review the notice promptly and carefully, and tell you our decision.

We do not monitor Customer Content in general. We act when we receive a notice or an order from an authority, or when we otherwise learn of a likely breach of the law or of these Terms. Depending on the case, we may remove content or disable access to it, suspend an endpoint or an account, or terminate the agreement. These decisions are made by our staff; automated tools are used only to protect our systems, for example by limiting the number of requests. If we restrict content or access, we tell the Customer concerned which measure we took and why, and how to complain about it. Such complaints are handled as described in section 14.

16. Personal data

The Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how we process personal data. Our processing of Customer Content on behalf of Customers is governed by the data processing terms of the Customer Agreement.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for important reasons: a change in the law or in a decision of an authority, a change in our Services or in the way we provide them, or the need to improve security. We publish the new version on the Website with its date. Account holders are told by e-mail at least 14 days before the changes take effect and may close their account before that date if they do not accept them. Changes do not affect requests sent through the request access form before they take effect.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the agreements concluded under them are governed by Polish law. Disputes are decided by the common court competent for Deepsolver’s registered office.

19. Final provisions

These Terms are available free of charge on the Website in a form that you can save and print. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
